1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Numicoin AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Numicoin AI provides an artificial intelligence-based coin identification and valuation service. The Service allows users to: • Upload images of coins for AI-powered identification. • Receive estimated market valuations based on AI analysis. • Manage a personal coin collection. • Exchange and trade coins with other users (marketplace feature). The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous improvement and modification.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain and promptly update your account information. • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Our AI coin analysis provides estimated values and identifications based on visual recognition and available market data. Important limitations: • Estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive valuations. • AI identification may not always be 100% accurate. • Market values are estimates and may differ from actual sale prices. • Always consult with professional numismatists for accurate appraisals before making significant financial decisions. Numicoin AI is not liable for any financial decisions made based on AI-generated estimates.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans: • Free plan (Discovery): limited daily analyses with advertisements. • Paid plans (Passionate, Expert, Legend): enhanced features with no advertisements. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. For EU consumers: You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase as per Directive 2011/83/EU. Contact support@numicoin.ai to exercise this right.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including coin images and collection data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to: • Process the content for AI analysis. • Store the content to provide our Service. • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission. • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity. • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. • Share or redistribute AI analysis results as professional appraisals.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are owned by Numicoin AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • Numicoin AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through: (1) direct negotiation, (2) mediation, and (3) if necessary, the competent courts of France. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence as per Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes: • We will provide at least 30 days notice before changes take effect. • Notice will be given via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service. • Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
